IP-PBX Based CDR Data Recorder with Alarm Monitoring; The PollCat NetLink-VIP includes all of the familiar features that have long established the NetLink as an industry standard, plus new, added capabilities which allow the VIP to collect data from PBX-IP switches as well as serial RS232 PBX systems, and also send notification via email when an alarm event is detected. The VIP's Reliable Session Protocol compatibility allows the unit to receive call records from any Avaya PBX-IP switch connected to your TCP/IP network, providing quick, secure access to call data, without the need for a direct, serial connection to the PBX. Like the standard NetLink unit, buffered data can be retrieved via TCP/IP network, via modem or local PC, and the unit can also monitor call records for unusual call activity or critical alarm conditions.
